We are excited to introduce Street Queenz, the first-ever Women’s Lowrider, Vicla, and Tattoo Show at the Ontario Convention Center. Street Queenz is more than just an event; it’s an Experience! Come celebrate the artistry, skill, strength, and stories of these women contributing and rising in traditionally male-dominated worlds. Tattoo Artist Registration Rules & Requirements
Thank you for your interest in being a part of the Street Queenz Tattoo Showcase! To maintain a safe, professional, and positive environment for both artists and guests, all participating artists must follow the guidelines below:

Registration Includes:
2 Admission Tickets

One (1) 10′ x 10′ Booth Space
Electricity Included

Eligibility:
All participating artists must:

Be licensed to tattoo.

Be woman-owned businesses.

Provide copy of Bloodborne Pathogens & Cross-Contamination Prevention certificates for inspection by the Board of Health before being allowed to tattoo on-site.

Client Requirements:
You MUST BE 18+ to get tattooed.

Clients must:

Present a valid government-issued ID

Sign a release/consent form before any tattoo procedure begins.
Forms will be provided in your artist check-in packet.

It is the responsibility of the artist to verify age and obtain signed release forms prior to starting any work.

Health & Safety Regulations:
All artists must comply with local and state health regulations.

Gloves must be worn at all times while tattooing or piercing.

Only pre-packaged, sterile, single-use instruments, needles, and razors are permitted.

All needles, razors, and sharps must be properly disposed of in the sharps containers provided in each booth.

Artists must handle their own trash, using the provided trash bags, and remove trash from their booth space at the end of each day.

Client Aftercare & Documentation:
Artists must have all clients thoroughly read, complete, and sign all required release/consent forms before any procedure.

Artists are responsible for informing clients of proper aftercare procedures and providing official aftercare instructions included in your check-in packet.

Additional Information:
All displays, signage, and materials must be professional and appropriate for a public, family-friendly event.

Street Queenz management and health officials reserve the right to inspect artist stations and documentation at any time.
