Choppers/Motorcycle Registration

Thank you for your interest in showcasing your Chopper at Street Queenz! Please carefully review the following rules and guidelines before completing your registration:

Registration Includes:

2 Admission Tickets

One (1) 10′ x 10′ Display Space

Vehicle Selection:

Entries will be reviewed and selected based on availability and qualifying criteria.

Applicants unable to be accommodated will receive a full refund following the review of submitted photos.

Vehicle Requirements:

Your motorcycle must be woman-owned and registered under your name.

No dented, damaged, primed, unfinished, or incomplete motorcycles.

Event management reserves the right to disqualify any vehicle at their sole discretion if it does not meet show standards.

Load-In & Setup:

All vehicles must be inside and displays completed one (1) hour before showtime.

No vehicle entry, movement, or hydraulic operation is allowed within one (1) hour of show start due to venue and Fire Marshal restrictions.

Support vehicles and trailers must be removed from show grounds one (1) hour prior to showtime.

Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

Display Guidelines:

Displays must be showcase-ready before doors open.

Each display should include signage describing the motorcycle, owner, story, and relevant details.

Displays must comply with all fire safety regulations:

Gas caps taped and battery terminals covered

No flammable materials or unsafe lighting

Fire Marshal will inspect all vehicles and displays before showtime. Their decision is final.

Prohibited Items: No weapons, glass, knives, or obscene/profane materials.

Display Boundaries: Use stanchions/ropes to protect vehicles without obstructing views or encroaching beyond your assigned space.

Tear Down & Load-Out:

No teardown allowed until after the trophy presentation.

No engines started or motorcycle moved, or operated until instructed by Street Queenz event staff or facility security.

This rule is strictly enforced for the safety of guests and children.
