Vendor Booth Registration Rules & Requirements
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Street Queenz! Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and successful vending experience:
Registration Includes:
One (1) 10′ x 10′ Booth Space
You may purchase additional space to create a maximum booth size of 10′ x 20′.
2 Vendor Wristbands for Entry
Important Notes:
Food and drink sales are NOT permitted.
Only merchandise, art, apparel, accessories, and non-consumable goods are allowed.
All vendors must have a valid Seller’s Permit on the day of the event.
You may be asked to present this upon check-in.
If you require electricity for your booth, arrangements must be made directly with the Ontario Convention Center at least one (1) week prior to the event.

Set Up & Tear Down:
Set Up:
Booths must be fully set up and ready one (1) hour before showtime.
No load-in or booth setup will be permitted after this time.
Tear Down:
Vendors may not tear down or pack up until the event officially ends.
Early breakdown is not permitted for the safety of guests and to maintain a full, lively marketplace for the duration of the event.
